We really had a great trip with our tour guide Johnny. The boat trip was crazy and the view behind the falls is amazing.
We enjoyed the tour. Sir driver (sorry forgot his name) was very accomodating of our requests. He saw to it that everybody enjoyed the tour.
The timing was great! The dining environment was beautiful.
I strongly advise solo travelers against joining jigsaw tours. The driver/guide didn't remember the tour I signed up for and only focused on the larger groups. Since I didn't know who had signed up for what activities, I had to keep asking the driver. Additionally, while the itinerary looks good on paper, only the boat tour was truly worthwhile. There wasn't enough time to properly enjoy the other activities. For example, we only had less than 10 minutes to see Behind the Falls because we had to rush back for the meeting point. The lunch felt very basic. The afternoon's activities, which included a paid-entry church and a lakeside town, were also canceled due to lack of time. Overall, the tour was expensive and offered very poor value for money.
