📍 Reservation and Assembly Instructions
- This itinerary requires a minimum of 2 people to form a group on the same date. If the number of participants is not reached, you will be notified of whether the group is formed no later than 7 days before departure, and the unformed order will be canceled.
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before the meeting time. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be given.
- All important notifications will be sent via Email, so please check regularly to avoid missing critical information.
🚗 Itinerary and Transportation Arrangements
- This itinerary is a shared day trip in Japan and will be joined by other international travelers. Please cooperate with the meeting time and group pace.
- The vehicle type will be adjusted according to the number of people on the day, and you cannot specify the vehicle. Thank you for your understanding.
- The order of the itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic or weather conditions. Please follow the instructions of the staff accompanying the vehicle.
- Accompanying staff will provide assistance in languages such as Chinese/English/Japanese/Korean. However, the language cannot be specified, please understand.
🛶 Geibikei Gorge Boat Tour Information
- The boat tour lasts approximately 90 minutes. Most boat types do not have seats and require sitting on the floor. Please consider this when signing up if you have waist or leg injuries that make it difficult to sit for long periods.
- Except for the winter warm stove boat, which has a roof, most are canoes. Please prepare windproof or warm clothing according to your needs.
- You can eat and drink on the boat. You can bring your own snacks to enjoy on the boat. Please do not bring foods with soup or foods with strong odors to avoid affecting other tourists or soiling the boat. Please take any garbage you generate off the boat and dispose of it; do not leave garbage on the boat.
- Boat tour fees are not included in the tour fee and must be paid separately.
🧳 Luggage and Eligibility
- It is not recommended for infants under 2 years old or those with mobility issues to participate. This itinerary does not provide infant seats or disabled facilities.
- If you need to bring large luggage or have rush hour needs, please indicate this when registering and we will assist with arrangements as appropriate.
- When visiting religious facilities (such as shrines and temples), please respect local customs, avoid noise and photographing prohibited areas, and it is recommended to dress appropriately.

- Recommended clothing: Light and comfortable clothes and shoes to facilitate walking and photo activities during the itinerary.
- Lunch time for this itinerary is free dining. Please pay for your own meals and choose your own meals. Staff can provide basic assistance, but if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to confirm the contents and choose carefully.
