About this product
- For same-day booking, please book at least 4 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
Usage reminder
- Data Usage Description: Once the daily internet data quota is exceeded, the internet speed will be throttled down to unlimited 3G speed. 4G/5G speed will resume on the next rental day (following the GMT +8 time zone)
- Please return the device to your selected drop-off point, as specified during redemption
- The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 to 14 working days after the device is returned in good condition
- For Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 100 per unit will be charged upon pick-up for both 4G and 5G Pocket WiFi devices. For non-Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 300 per 4G Pocket WiFi unit or MYR 500 per 5G Pocket WiFi unit will be charged upon pick-up
- For support, kindly refer to the manual guide provided by Roamingman to learn how to activate your portable WiFi. Compensation Rule
- Late Payment Penalty Compensation Standard: Return to the airport within 48 hours after the lease expires: No late payment penalty will be charged; Return within 7 days after the lease expires: MYR 10/day/unit; Return after 7 days of lease expiration: late fee of MYR 100
- Will be charged for damage/loss compensation standard: 4G equipment damage fine of MYR 350; 5G equipment damage fine MYR 500; A fine of MYR 100 will be imposed if the equipment is slightly dented but still functioning properly; Lost equipment bag MYR 20; Lost USB charging cable MYR 15
Retrieve and Support
- How to retrieve the device: After booking the device, please place an order at least 4 hours before the collection time. Users can go to the Roamingman service center on the day of travel to present their KLOOK voucher to collect the device
- How to return the device: After the device expires, please return it to the Roamingman service center within 2 days. Tips: Due to personal reasons, the device needs to be picked up in advance, and an early shipping fee of MYR 10 per day per unit is required
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period

the connection is strong and data is fast. easy to use and connect to device. not recommended if you are in a connecting flight in KLIA from another airport because the pick up and drop off counter is before the immigration gate. meaning that if u are a transit passenger in KLIA, you will require to go pass immigration to arrival hall, go to the office and return back into departure (going thru immigration again)
Rented it for my friends - our 3d2n trip to Hatyai. The devices were fully charged when we picked them up. As the devices were not shared, the battery lasted till the last day. Easy to use, full bars + high speed internet.
Everything was good, except should be listed a deposit needed when you get the wifi pocket, they will refunded after a week you return. Wifi connection is good, and the battery can last for a day.
Easy and quick pick-up. The booth is at third floor departure, right next to the entrance gates (gate 2) and opposite Gigi coffee. Will definitely get pocket wifi from them again.

Roamingman system very problematic. This is Second time problem during pick up at klia2 counter. First time the system indicated i dont hv klook booking abd they hv to rebook me . Second time it booked my wifi date wrongly from my klook booking. Very dissapointed with the service altho i hv been loyal customers since before covid.
