- Suitable for: Ages 5-70, individuals in good health with no significant medical history or other conditions that would make travel inadvisable are welcome to participate.
- Special Note: Individuals with a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, respiratory diseases (chronic bronchitis, asthma, etc.), high cholesterol, or mental illness, as well as pregnant women, are not suitable for participation. Participants aged 60-70 must meet the above limitations and sign a liability waiver to participate in this activity.
