- Pick-up and Drop-off Service Area: We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off service for customers within the 3rd Ring Road of Chengdu. For locations outside these areas, additional charges will apply. The exact amount will be communicated and confirmed with you by our customer service team after order confirmation.
- Schedule: Standard departure is around 9:00 AM. The tour typically concludes around 5:00 PM, after which we will take you back to your hotel. However, your needs are our priority, and the schedule can be flexibly adjusted. You can discuss the best departure time with our customer service team after booking. During peak holiday periods, we recommend departing earlier to avoid crowds and enjoy a more relaxing journey.
