  • [Departure Time May Be Adjusted] During the peak tourist season or in the event of special circumstances, the departure time of the trip may be advanced or delayed. The specific time is subject to the email notification the day before, so please prepare in advance.
  • [Seat Arrangement Instructions] Carpooling trips are generally based on a first-come, first-served seating arrangement. If you have special needs, please note this when booking. We will do our best to coordinate, but the final arrangement is subject to the tour guide's on-site dispatch.
  • [Itinerary Order Adjustment Instructions] Because Japan strictly controls the usage time of operating vehicles, the attractions, transportation, and stay time included in the itinerary will be flexibly arranged according to the situation on the day. In the event of traffic jams, weather changes, or other special circumstances, the tour guide will consult the majority of opinions and reasonably adjust the order or delete some attractions.   • [No Leaving the Group Midway] The itinerary is a group tour activity, and you cannot leave the group midway or leave the group without authorization. If you choose to leave the group midway, the remaining itinerary will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and the fee will not be refunded.
