- Travelers must bring their original ID card when departing. Children under the age of 16 should bring their household registration book. The travel agency does not accept unaccompanied travelers under the age of 18; minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian to participate in the tour. Tourists aged 70 or older must hold a "Health Certificate" and a liability waiver and be accompanied by a family member to participate in the tour.
- Unauthorized departure from the group during the itinerary will be regarded as a breach of contract by the traveler. Normal refunds for items (tickets, accommodation) are based on our agency's discounted price, not the listed price.
- If the tour itinerary is changed or canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.) or accidental circumstances not attributable to the travel agency (weather changes, road blockages, delayed boat or flight schedules, major protocol activities, etc.), or if some attractions cannot be visited, no compensation or refund will be provided. The travel agency is not responsible for any losses incurred.
- During free time, our agency does not provide vehicles, tour guide services, meal expenses, or other related services. During free time, tourists should choose activities within their ability to control risks and be responsible for their own safety. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents that occur during tourists' free time.
- To ensure travel safety, please have a necessary physical examination before traveling. Those with heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, epilepsy, mental illness, legal infectious diseases, anemia, pregnant women, and those with mobility impairments, or those who are deemed unsuitable for travel by a doctor, should not register.
