- Due to the special nature of the itinerary, please contact customer service via WeChat immediately after registration and provide photos of the corresponding documents. If you cannot provide them in time, a return seat cannot be guaranteed, i.e., the return trip will be a standing ticket.
- Huanglong and Jiuzhai are located in high-altitude areas. If you feel unwell, please contact your guide or driver immediately.
- Seats are randomly assigned and are not guaranteed to be next to each other. Ticketing time is subject to actual conditions and will be completed the day before departure. Please pay attention to this.
- Due to the scenic area’s daily limit of 5,000 for the Huanglong sightseeing bus, this fee is not included. If you need to purchase a sightseeing bus, please inform customer service staff at least 15 days in advance to check availability.
- The extra train C9468 to Songpan Station is no longer available. It is not possible to purchase a direct bus ticket from Goukou to Songpan Station. You can only enter your ID card for reservation, and you cannot purchase it on site. If guests insist on taking the 19:56 train, please arrange a separate car to send them to the station for an additional fee. Only the 20:30 and 21:30 trains from Huanglong Jiuzhai Station are available.
- About Accommodation: The default arrangement is a hotel twin room, one room for 2 adults. This itinerary does not allow for room sharing. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase 1 “single room supplement.” A single traveler will be arranged a room alone. For 3 adults traveling together, purchase an additional “single room supplement” to have two rooms arranged. If you need a king-size bed, please note it when placing your order.

- 【About Bullet Train】For this trip, passengers need to take the bullet train from Chengdu to Huanglong Jiuzhai Station on their own. It is recommended to arrive at the station about 1 hour before the train departure on the day of departure. Tourists holding Chinese mainland ID cards can directly enter the station by swiping their ID cards. Foreign tourists please bring the original document filled in when placing the order and enter the station through the manual channel; if the trip is delayed due to passengers' personal reasons for missing the train, no refunds will be given, please understand.
- 【About Bullet Train】Since the tickets are issued uniformly by the system, it is not possible to select seats on the bullet train, please be aware of this.
