Reviews
On October 6th, I took a long train ride to Cork and Blarney Castle. There was a long line to kiss the Blarney Stone, and I joined in the tradition. I'm not sure why you have to bend over backward like a contortionist to kiss the stone, but luckily I managed to do it without embarrassing myself. Maybe because it's expensive and far away, the tour group was only 12 people. The itinerary wasn't too packed, making it perfect for those who want to relax and unwind.
I was felt in a hole in paved path in Cliff of Moher resulting in a severe ankle sprain and inability to walk. Saturday I contacted Klook to cancel this tour that has no handicap accommodations. I was within the usual 24 hrs Klook cancelation and Klook contacted operator to ask for refund with all proof of my injury and handicap situation. This inhumane, greedy , heartless, careless operator refused to issue my refund despite having proof of my injury and inability to provide handicap accommodations for me to attend neither rescheduled for a later day. Thos operator kept my money without offsetring the service to me or any alternatives. Avoid this operator
