- Friendly reminder: traffic jams are common on weekends and holidays, and Japanese law stipulates that bus drivers cannot work overtime, so the time spent at scenic spots will be adjusted appropriately based on the traffic conditions of the day. Please understand.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance to avoid delays in your subsequent trip. We will not contact you in advance, please arrive at the meeting point on time.
- Bus arrival may be delayed due to road conditions. Please note that there are no guarantees regarding the termination of transportation facilities. Please note that in this case, no refund will be given for same-day cancellations.
- Due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, there may be time delays, resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions or affecting the time of visiting various attractions. Please understand.
- In case of traffic congestion or bad weather, the bus arrival time may be delayed. After the trip, if you need to transfer to other means of transportation, please leave enough time.
- In case of national holidays or temporary closure or restricted visiting hours due to special circumstances of attractions, some attractions may be adjusted or the itinerary may end early. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Please note that this tour does not include lunch, please arrange it at Upopoy.
- Infants aged 0 to 2 years old who do not occupy a separate seat are free of charge. If you need a seat, you will need to pay the fare.
- If you are participating during your trip to Hokkaido and Sapporo, please avoid participating on the last day of your trip. (No compensation will be provided in case of bus delays.)
- Each passenger can bring one suitcase (not more than 30kg) and store it in the trunk of the bus. The depth/height/width of each piece of luggage must not exceed 155cm. Please do not store your valuable luggage in the trunk of the bus. The company will not be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of luggage stored in the trunk of the bus.
