Had a great experience on the tour. The travel agency team was very helpful and availabe at all times on whatsapp to answer questions regarding the booking. Our guide Andy as well as the whole team on the cruise was amazing. Highly recommend.

all in all a good experience. the cruis is well equipped and managed. scenery is epic. We enjoyed. However, Transfer arrangement could be improved. our return journey took an hour to pick up everyone to far away location to pick up other guests. also, the rest stop was not appropriate. it is a sponsored sales location selling overpriced products(stuck there for 30 mins). with all that said, it took us 3.5 hrs to Hanoi which is 30 mins longer than the onward trip. so beware of that. otherwise, the cruise is recommended!

Rita cruise overal ok, but our room( junior suite 202) very noisy inside n outside the balcony, the engine oil smell is terrible, but no change the room for us. .and some more we paid extra. Only 2 small pillows for double bed. Cause my neck n body super pain the next day. I told the staff, he also agreed. The food is nice and Mr Black ( manager) serve us the vegetarian food. Good service.👍
