claiming of tickets at the counter was easy (use the qr code that was emailed). this place is worth the visit! not that many people. was able to enjoy the snow! the ropeway ride only lasts about 5-15 mins depending on which stop.

it has the amazing view of the alps. breathtaking. the crew are very friendly and very efficient. the only problem is that the restaurant is small and crowded.

Booking online has the advantage of not having to queue up to pay at the machine. I just showed the eVoucher to station master and with a few clicks two physical tickets were issued to me and I was good to use the tickets to board the cable car. What a marvellous view from the top of Shinhotaka Ropeway. Great stuff!

the view was beautiful and the kids had fun playing with snow at the top. should cater for half a day at least. there is also a foot onsen at the first stop so do soak your feet after playing in the snow.

The top is so beautiful!!! The trees are covered in snow. It feels like Zao Monster, but with big pine trees. It's beautiful to take pictures. It's extremely cold, but it's worth coming here at least once.

Convenience of booking with Klook: We also bought tickets on Klook upon arrival, which was very convenient, but physical tickets were required. Price: The price was actually similar to buying on-site. Experience: It's a worthwhile place to visit, the experience was good, and there were quite a lot of people. Facilities: The vehicles don't run continuously; you have to wait, so it's important to check the schedule.

We bought the tickets the night before, and they were cheaper than on the official website. We happened to encounter snow, and the scenery was breathtaking. The cable car was very stable and could accommodate many passengers. You'd regret not coming!

You still need to exchange your ticket at the counter, but the exchange is quick; they'll give you the ticket when you show the page. There might be a line on holidays, but the cable car can take a lot of people at once, so it doesn't take too long.
