- If the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not reached, the tour will be canceled and an email notification of the tour cancellation will be sent 1 day prior to departure.
- In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made 1 day prior to departure (local time 18:00) as to whether the tour will be canceled, and you will be notified by email thereafter.

- No refunds or rescheduling will be offered due to force majeure factors such as traffic or weather conditions preventing participation in the tour or poor photo scenery quality. Thank you for your understanding.
- Tour itineraries or duration at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, or other factors.
- No refunds will be given by the operator if a passenger abandons the tour midway for personal reasons.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location at the specified time and do not be late.
- As it is not possible to transfer to other departures or join the tour midway, if you are unable to participate in the day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. Thank you for your understanding.
- Vehicle type: Vehicles will be dispatched according to the number of participants. For tours with a small number of participants, a driver will be arranged to also provide tour services throughout the tour. A tour leader will not be assigned separately.
- After the tour departs, if the tour is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, a refund will be made for the unfulfilled portion of the itinerary based on the actual expenses incurred.
