  • The companion must complete the free ticket request for companion of PMR form at least 24 hours before the trip to receive the free travel ticket, which must be presented to the on-board staff along with a valid ID

  • You may bring one domestic animal on board with your ticket, provided it is not a wild species known to be dangerous. The carrier should not obstruct movement on the vehicle and should be placed at the foot of the adjacent seat, not on the seat itself
  • The above policy does not apply to guide dogs for the visually impaired, which are always permitted free of charge, provided they are equipped with a leash and muzzle
  • If the animal causes any soiling, damage, or disturbances, it will be removed, and the trip will be halted without entitlement to a ticket refund. Additionally, transport may be denied if the bus is at capacity
