Booking was easy. It was great to be able to get to the airport smoothly and cheaply. According to information on social media, taxis apparently rip people off and charge around 6000 yen. It's about 20 minutes from the hotel, and it's tough pulling a suitcase over the bumpy cobblestones, but it's a great deal to be able to go safely and securely for around 1200 yen. Highly recommended.
After exiting the airport, walk 2 minutes to the right to reach the bus station. Purchase your ticket after baggage claim for immediate use – very convenient and highly recommended.
I booked 3:30am pick up when bus arrived digital booking said 4am. this caused stress knowing we had to be at airport for early departure. I will not use Klook booking for future shuttle buss or activities
