[Gear Recommendations]

It is recommended to wear long sleeves and long pants + bring a small outdoor backpack (carry water and personal items) + hats and other sunscreen personal needs (you can bring a set of change of clothes)

[About shoes]

  1. If you already have suitable hiking shoes, then you can wear your own shoes for hiking (no sandals, slippers, high heels, hole shoes and other shoes that are not suitable for outdoor hiking). It is recommended to wear casual sports shoes or mountain hiking shoes, and then bring a pair of spare shoes (because there are water roads and shoes will get wet)
  2. If you don’t have suitable hiking shoes, you can buy them at the hiking camp. Military shoes (Liberation shoes) or various rain boots are available for sale (the price is about 30)

[Participants]

The recommended age for participants is about 6-50 years old. People who have undergone major surgery within three months, patients with heart disease and hypertension, and other diseases that are not suitable for outdoor activities, pregnant women, etc. are prohibited from participating
