The experience was great! The Kia Sorrento was new and clean. We were provided with water too. Our assigned driver Mr. Jeon was very friendly, accommodating and entertaining. He even sang for us and did tour us around. It made our experience memorable.

Availed this service for 3 days in Jeju. We had a fun and memorable trip thanks to the help of our driver, Mr. Ko Jinseok. I prepared a packed itinerary without expecting to tick off all the places I listed but thanks to the efficiency of our driver, we were able to visit most places without feeling rushed and tired. He even helps by recommending places and restaurants. (Thanks to him, we got to try the sweetest tangerines I've ever tasted!). He was also very attentive to all our needs and goes out of the way to help us with it. I recommend this service for those who wish to explore Jeju at their own pace without the hassle of navigating an unfamliar place.

Our driver Mr Kim was really kind and helpfull, He gave the best advice about our routes and the car was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our west jeju trip.

it was one of the the best way to explore jeju in your own pace , our driver was very polite and helped us recomending places, we were able to cover almost all places our list .

the driver was good, drived safely and we managed to visit all places in our list on time. however he doesn’t speak any english, so that was a bit uncomfortable (but not critical)

This time we had a female driver. She was very energetic and friendly. She did her best to assist us throughout the trip. Although there was a language barrier, we could clearly see her genuine effort to help and communicate with us. She was especially sweet and caring toward our two children, which we truly appreciated. Her positive attitude made the experience much more enjoyable. I believe it would be great to have more young drivers who can speak multiple languages to better serve international tourists. Most importantly, drivers should always have the willingness and initiative to help. she even want to recommend local place to eat.
