The northernmost train station in Thailand. Riding a train reminiscent of Taiwan in the 1970s-80s, with traditional hawking, ticket checking, and reserved-seat express trains without air conditioning. The cooking class was highly recommended by my daughter, from introducing the dishes and buying groceries to showcasing their vegetable garden (they helped us harvest beforehand due to the waterlogged garden). Since there were four of us, we each ordered a different tea, and were lucky enough to try everything on the menu. Unexpectedly, the instructor was amazing, and her assistant was great at taking photos. Haha, my daughter playfully demanded that I cook Thai dishes for her next time.
