- From mid to late December, visitors to Shikisai-no-oka can enjoy snow sledding, snow banana boat rides, and snowmobile bike rides for an additional fee. The prices are listed on the Shikisai-no-oka website.
- If you are interested in participating in the snowmobile experience, please note the following information: This activity is an optional tour and requires cash payment. Fee details: 30-minute experience Single ride: ¥18,000 Double ride: ¥24,000 If you wish to participate, please inform your tour guide on the day of the tour, and they will assist you with the reservation. Alternative attraction if Shikisai-no-oka is inaccessible: Blue Pond (approximate stop time: 30 minutes)
- Infants under 2 years old are free of charge and will not be provided with a seat. If a seat is required for a child of infant age, the adult fare will apply.
- This activity requires a minimum of 6 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
- Please adhere to the scheduled itinerary times. If you are late, you will be considered to have automatically canceled the tour, and the fees paid will not be refunded.
- As winter traffic is greatly affected by weather conditions, our company is not liable for any subsequent losses caused by delays due to traffic jams or other force majeure events. Thank you for your understanding.
- The duration of this tour is approximately 10 hours. However, in winter, due to snow, road closures, or traffic jams, the return travel time may be extended significantly.
- If it is not possible to reach the Christmas tree due to weather, traffic restrictions, or safety considerations, we will visit the Ken & Marry Tree instead. Thank you for your understanding.
- If you need to bring luggage (including strollers and wheelchairs), please notify us in advance by email so that we can properly arrange vehicle space to make your trip smoother and more comfortable. We will arrange the vehicle type according to the number of people traveling. If the vehicle type can accommodate luggage 3-5 days before departure, a handling fee and space reservation fee will be charged separately for luggage space and handling, at ¥1,500 per item (cash only), payable to the tour guide before boarding.
- A tour confirmation email will be sent to your email address by 5:00 PM the day before departure. Please check your email (or spam folder) at that time. It will contain the contact information of the tour guide for the day, the license plate number, and detailed information about the itinerary. Thank you.
- Due to traffic congestion and facility maintenance, the itinerary or duration of each attraction may be adjusted. In winter, in the event of highway closures or restrictions on access to scenic areas due to special circumstances, we will reduce or change the route, and no refunds will be provided.
- Due to weather and road conditions in winter, we do not recommend scheduling other itineraries or expensive dinner reservations after returning from the tour on the same day. We are not responsible for any losses incurred.
- Alternative attraction during periods when the Ningle Terrace is temporarily unavailable: Ebetsu Tsutaya Bookstore (approximately 40 minutes)
