• If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants, an email notification of cancellation or rescheduling will be sent 1-2 days before departure. The minimum number of participants is 6.
• If there is bad weather such as wind or snowstorm, the cancellation of this tour will be decided before 18:00 one day before departure, and an email notification will be sent at any time afterwards.
• It is not recommended for tourists with the following conditions or other conditions that are not suitable for excessive stimulation to participate in this project: asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women
• Skiing is a dangerous sport. Infants, pregnant women, and the elderly are not suitable for participation.
• Skiing is intense and dangerous. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance or accidental injury insurance in China before departure.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. In order to avoid delaying the subsequent itinerary, you will not be accepted after the time limit.
• If you collide with other tourists during skiing, we will only assist in on-site translation communication, and you must bear the medical or compensation expenses yourself
• For safety reasons, it is prohibited to walk on the ski slopes in the ski resort with equipment in your hand. If you do not have ski equipment, you are prohibited from entering the ski resort and are limited to resting in the dining area.
• If you change the reservation content/departure date/number of people within 72 hours of departure, a handling fee of JYP5000 will be charged per person. Please pay attention to the correct number of people and departure date before booking.
• All ski equipment must be booked in advance. It is not possible to change the plan content and request a refund on the spot.
• Please be sure to provide instant messaging contact information for confirmation before departure
• Cancellation and refund are not accepted within 48 hours before departure. Tickets are not included for passengers under 3 years old and must be purchased on site
• According to the regulations of the ski resort, for safety reasons, if you are not wearing ski clothes, you may not be allowed to ride the cable car or use the ski slopes. Please be aware.
• Lunch expenses are not included in the itinerary. It is recommended to bring your own lunch or take care of it at the ski resort.
