Lovely experience indeed, the place is clean, hygienic and serene ambience. the staffs were really welcoming too. The massage was just awesome. Just ask for little harder if you are up for it. Overall totally recommend

Very good service, the ladies are professional and do their job very well. On the first day you change into a massage outfit. The ladies massage the muscles thoroughly.We highly recommend it, there is a nice and pleasant atmosphere.

I went to get a foot massage before returning home. I walked from the Ben Thanh Market area while looking at Google Maps. The first floor seems to be a bar-like establishment, and the spa is on the second floor. When I arrived, I was looking around wondering where to enter, and a bartender guided me to the second floor. He was a very pleasant staff member. The spa staff were quiet, but some other shops have staff who talk non-stop during the massage, so I was able to relax and receive the treatment peacefully. If you prefer a strong massage, it might not be enough... For me, it was comfortable to have them gently massage me with oil. They also massaged me while warming my eyes with a hot eye mask and my lower back.

i had a really good foot massage here. they are very accommodating and the ambience is really nice. it was such a relaxing experience. i had the 90 minute foot massage and it was worth it!

i booked via whatsapp and they are very accomodating and the receptionist is nice. the therapist were good also.we just dont like that there is no privacy they do the massage and the lights are so bright. the hair wash and the massage room were just the same. i hope they have separate rooms for extra relaxation

overall the staffs are very friendly and easy to deal with. the place is clean and cozy. reservation via app was easy and convenient too

I highly highly recommend this place. Our appt was at 4.30pm but we arrived early at around 2.50pm. The spa lady kindly arranged for us to have our foot massage as soon as the therapists were ready. We were welcomed to wait and relaxed at the treatment area and started our foot massage one hr earlier at 3.30pm. Kuodos to all our therapists. They were all fantastic. So detailed and committed to making sure we received the best foot rub. I kept fighting not to doze off ..my therapist, Ms Oanh was wonderful 👍👍👍. She is very skilled and she was giving her best throughout the whole 90mins in making sure I received the best treatment. She is simply amazing. She knew exactly all the knots and my pain points ...under her skillful hands.. .every second was sheer bliss. The other two therapists who attended to my son and hubby were very good too. But I wasn't able to note their names. Both my son & my hubby commented that their therapists were very detailed and skillful too. All three of us had the best foot massage today at Lilo. Thank you so much 💖
