1. Travel photography is a complimentary service. No refunds will be issued if shooting is not possible due to weather conditions or personal reasons. We appreciate your understanding. In special circumstances, the photography location will be changed to another site.
2. Water and electricity supply in Tibetan areas are insufficient, and occasional power and water outages may occur. Please bring your own wet wipes and flashlights. Water temperature may be unstable during showers, or water outages may occur during the showering process, so shower quickly. It is best to shower after fully acclimating to the Tibetan area;
3. A complimentary hot spring experience is offered at the hotel in Gergou. It is recommended to prepare swimwear in advance. Gergou is famous for its natural hot springs and is a small town in Li County. Please manage your expectations regarding the hotel and hot springs accordingly.

Important Information for Registration:

1. Regarding Registration: Please do not register if you have any infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illness, severe anemia, are recovering from major or moderate surgery, have limited mobility, are pregnant, or have other conditions that make you unsuitable for travel. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, please also verify the health status of the person you are registering for. If the registrant or the person registering on behalf of someone else conceals their health condition, they will be responsible for the consequences.
2. Regarding Accommodation: We provide cost-effective accommodation for our team members. Nevertheless, team members should be fully prepared mentally. The area along the way is sparsely populated, and basic infrastructure is limited. Many hotels along the route are not star-rated. Due to the high altitude, water and electricity resources are scarce, and water and electricity outages may occur from time to time. Please prepare a flashlight in advance and be prepared not to shower, wash your hair, or wash your face. Especially clean team members can bring a sleeping bag liner for emergencies.
3. Regarding Seating: The first seat on the left is for the driver, and the others are ordinary seats. Please choose your own seat after getting on the bus. Please be considerate of each other during the long plateau trip.
