Luxor Valley of the Kings & Hatshepsut Half-Day Private Tour

The Black Camel tour was very good. Our tour guide this time was Khaled. He was a great tour guide and his English explanations were easy to understand. We had lunch in the middle of nature in a wheat field! We visited in March, but the temperature rose quite a bit during the day, so I think it would be better to participate in the winter!

Khlaled was the best guide!! He explained everything carefully and took great photos. It wasn't a rip-off and I would recommend it to Japanese people!

Our guide was friendly and expressed great passion in sharing stories, explaining everything clearly. The tour also included a delicious meal.

Me and my girlfriend went on a private tour with Black Camel Tours. Our tour guide, Hassan Moghrapy was very pleasant. We had a lovely experience visiting the ancient sites, exploring the amazing tombs and the Temple of Hatshepsut. The transfer was very easy and efficient. Not related to the tour, but the Tutankhamun tomb is overpriced (very small) especially when compared to the other beautiful tombs available with the general admission ticket.

They didn't show up at the scheduled time and didn't reply to my WhatsApp messages. I canceled and then they contacted me. The tour operator contacted me at 9:26 AM saying they were waiting in the hotel lobby, even though the tour was supposed to start at 8:30 AM. They were way too lax about the time. When I requested a refund, they acted like it was my fault, which was the worst. I will never use this booking site again.

This is a scam company. The phone number itself is a scam. It's an Austrian number. They came to pick me up but they never showed up... Fortunately, Klook refunded me right away, but the travel schedule that was supposed to start at 8 o'clock was ruined. Never be fooled!!
