• This vehicle can only be driven within 100 kilometers of the departure hotel in Nagoya City and within 300 kilometers outside Nagoya City (if the itinerary is not in the same area, such as Shirakawa-go + Takayama area, an inter-regional service fee will be charged).
• The total duration of the chartered service is 10 hours, and 8 hours for starting or ending in a different place; the service time available is 07:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably so that you can fully enjoy the attractions.
• If the service time exceeds 10 hours (including delays due to traffic jams, etc.), an overtime fee will be charged: Vehicles with 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 per hour of overtime Vehicles with 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 per hour of overtime
• Departure time can be based on passenger needs
• Please note: The driver will only speak Chinese or Japanese, or can correspond in English using translation software.
• Children and infants also occupy seats (child seats are not mandatory), and child safety seats occupy approximately 1.5 adult seats.
• The supplier can provide up to 1 free child safety seat. If you need additional child seats, please pay the child seat fee when booking.
• The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the car is used), please pay attention.
• Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
• The pick-up and drop-off points are in hotels or B&Bs in Nagoya city (a deadhead time will be reserved for the driver for pick-up and drop-off in different places, or additional fees will be required).
