3D/2N Island Hopping Expedition El Nido to Coron or Vice versa

Everything was perfect, guide Arol, captain and the crew was fantastic. Really enjoyed the expedition.

The host cancelled 14 minutes to pick up time. The excuse was that there was not enough people on board to continue the trip as 4 people cancelled. I kept checking in to ensure the event was still happening, and I was told it would be, and the pick up time is at 0900. At 0846, I was told this would be cancelled or I can pay an additional 4800PHP so that I can be transferred to another boat. They pick me up in tuk-tuk and I waited in the spot to see what was happening. I was told that the boat had left already, and it would have to be for next day on top of still paying another 5800PHP. I told Arlyn that this was not what we agreed on. We said today for 4800PHP or reschedule for tomorrow. Your other customer’s issues are not other customer’s responsibility. Do not cancel last minute if there aren’t enough customers in a boat, especially in an expedition of 3D 2N. Very disappointed with organization and planning.
