Pre-Departure Information

We will contact you between 17:00 and 21:00 the day before departure using the contact information you provided. If you do not receive the information, please check your email, as it may have been mistakenly filtered into your spam folder. During peak season, there may be a slight delay in sending emails. If you do not receive travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time on the day of departure and look for the JRT tour guide flag. • We will do our best to accommodate your seating requests. However, as this is a shared tour, seat allocation is primarily based on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the tour guide's coordination on the day. We appreciate your understanding and consideration.
• Please be aware that since this is a group tour, there may be guests of other languages traveling with you. Thank you for your understanding.
• The tour will be canceled if the number of participants does not reach the minimum number required to form a group. An email notification of the tour cancellation will be sent 1 day prior to departure.
• In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made on whether to cancel the tour by 18:00 (local time) 1 day prior to departure. You will be notified by email thereafter.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring warm clothing (if needed).
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for that evening. We apologize for any delays.
• Our company is not responsible for, and cannot provide refunds or rescheduling due to the inability to participate in the tour or poor-quality scenery due to traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors. Thank you for your understanding.
• The itinerary or duration of stay at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion or facility maintenance. Please inform those who are aware of this.
• If access to Mt. Fuji 5th Station is not possible due to bad weather or traffic conditions, the itinerary will be changed to Arakurayama Sengen Park. Thank you for your understanding.
• The company will not provide refunds for passengers who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot accommodate transfers to other services or participation midway, you will be responsible for any losses incurred if you fail to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons. • Children aged 3 and above who require a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket, and a note must be made.
• Children under 2 years old can participate for free without occupying a seat, and a note must be made. If no note is made, arrangements cannot be guaranteed.
• Type of vehicle used: Vehicle dispatch will depend on the number of people. For small group departures, the driver will also serve as the tour attendant to provide full tour services. A tour leader will not be additionally assigned. Thank you for your understanding.
• Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves. The tour will not be canceled or refunded for this reason. Thank you for your understanding.
• During the flower season/autumn foliage season, there will be large crowds, and severe traffic jams are possible. It is recommended to bring your own snacks.
• The flowering/autumn foliage season may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. Once the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of the flowering/foliage situation. Thank you for your understanding.

* Day trip itineraries do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers. You must assess your health or ability. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accident or unforeseen factors. Thank you for your understanding.

* If the tour is forced to be canceled due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs.

* On Japanese weekends and public holidays, traffic congestion and early closure of attractions may occur during the tour. We will reduce or shorten the itinerary according to the actual situation. We hope everyone can understand that the tour guide or driver will do their best to serve you well. Please do not make dinner reservations, and you will not be able to catch a plane or Shinkansen on the same day.
