Shiga Kogen Ski & Snowboard Lesson

The instructor is very professional and patience. It helps a lot he keep asking me to relax all the time. it is a 1 to 1 class so I think it can helps to learn faster. I’m a first timer but I can manage to take the chairlift after an hour of the class.

The instructor was reaaaaalllyyyy great at teaching us how to snowboard. As first-timers we thought we would only learn just slight of the basics but he taught us so much that by the end of the lesson, we could take a gondola up and ride down the beginner slopes safely. Very recommended if you have never tried snowboarding / skiing and want to get a quick beginner lesson!

Coach was good. area to learn was decent but the rental of equipment is a little too expensive.

Very bad ski supplier. I have been trying to get in touch since before departure to confirm the detailed gathering location and teaching content, but all platform customer service will only respond and ask me to wait patiently. Someone will contact me. I also believe in the platform. Really I waited until the day before but didn't receive any message from the coach... Then when I wanted to cancel, I found that the time to cancel 24 hours before was not calculated from the beginning of the course, but from 00:00 in the middle of the night. I was very helpless and had no choice but to It’s the third day since the platform took charge of this issue and assisted with the refund... I don’t know how long it will take to resolve it... I feel like I can’t believe what the platform’s customer service said about waiting patiently. Are you kidding me?

got scam. no one picked us up. phone not contactable. klook support not helpful. left whole family stranded and have to replan the whole schedule. expecting a full refund but no support too!
