Zenza Massage and Spa Experience in Chiang Mai

I arrived at my scheduled time, but due to a power outage, my appointment was rescheduled for two hours later. When I returned for my massage, it was interrupted again by another power outage. With no air conditioning in 100-degree weather, I was sweating profusely. The counter staff contacted the manager, and I was able to get a massage at another branch near Thapae Gate. In conclusion, while I wish the response had been quicker, the staff at the Thapae Gate branch were incredibly kind, and the facilities were excellent! If you're planning to visit, I highly recommend the Thapae Gate location!

​I had a really great experience at this massage studio! We visited as a group of 7 people, and the treatments were absolutely professional across the board—we all felt completely recharged afterward. The team managed our large group quite well; even though we had to wait a few minutes despite our reservation, it was totally understandable for a group of our size. The cabins are designed a bit more openly, so you might catch a quick glimpse of other guests while walking by, but it actually gives the place an authentic, bustling vibe and doesn't take away from the quality of the massage at all. Overall, a very positive experience, and we’d definitely come back!

The location is quite convenient, right in the heart of the old town. The decoration is simple and elegant, but the space is a little small. The technicians have good skills and the overall service is also very good.

Pregnant women can get foot massages! Other massages are not allowed, but we have one person who can do prenatal massages, so you can only get foot massages from them. It was so refreshing and the staff was so friendly that I visited twice during my 3-night, 4-day stay.

The masseuse was excellent, with just the right amount of pressure.
