- 2 medium items (70cm x 30cm x 45cm) with a maximum weight of 20kg each may be carried instead of 1 large item, subject to availability
- Please do not bring any item of luggage over 20kg for safety reasons
- Surcharges apply for additional items which must be paid to National Express on the day. GBP 15 per additional luggage item for a single journey

Eligibility
- Children aged 0-2 can travel free of charge
- Each paying adult can only bring one infant aged 0-2 for free. Additional infants aged 0-2 must be paid for. If you are travelling with more than 1 infant aged 0-2, please book the additional infant as Child (3-15)
- Children aged 3-15 will require a child ticket
- Children aged 0-13 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Children aged 14-15 may travel alone, starting at 05:00 and reaching their destination by 22:00. Unaccompanied children will be required to show proof of age or present a signed permission letter from their parent or guardian (SMS or chat-based messages are not accepted)

- Your night ticket will still be valid if you arrive at the airport in the early morning of the other day due to delayed flight

Easy and convenient way to go to town. Busstop is located just outside the airport and 1 level down. We booked for a time but came out early as long as the bus has space they will take you. The bus has a few stops on the way to victoria including white chapel, Southwark and Waterloo. Good option to go towards the centre of London.
This is much cheaper than the official website and very convenient to use. Just go to Victoria Bus Terminal and show your electronic ticket. The bus is very comfortable!

This is the cheapest bus ticket from the airport to central London. I didn't get lost because I could ask someone at the airport where the national express was. I wanted to go to Paddington Station so I needed to take the A6, but this ticket was for Victoria, so if you just show the voucher, you will be directed to the A7, so it's better to tell them your destination and then show them this ticket.
the bus was efficient and easy to locate! Do not need to go to the counter to redeem for bus voucher. just show the bus captain the Klook voucher and it’s done, you’re ready to go! there’s also free wifi onboard :)
The bus departs on time, the driver's attitude is also very good, and the car is very comfortable to sit in. If I travel again next time, I will choose this company again.

I was able to leave my luggage and board comfortably. The bus arrived early so I was able to arrive leisurely and rest, and since it passed through the main attractions and went to the airport, I was able to feel London one last time before going back. The price was also relatively cheap and I will use it again!
