Went there to collect the mooncake. The staff pack the mooncake box on the spot and double check all the flavours with me. They also remind me on the expiry date of the mooncake. Love the snowskin mooncake, it was so delicious and my family loves it

The dim sum selection was limited and some items was claimed to sold out. Food was blend and not savoury. It was pity that a 5* hotel is not matched by a quality restaurant. Service was fine but servers sometimes seems unsure. To upgrade food and services, can make reference to Overseas Restaurant nearby.
