The instructor was very nice and explained the activities clearly and understandably. Whether it was canoeing, paddleboarding, or inside the pumpkin cave, he also used English and helped us take all kinds of photos. Overall, very satisfied.

To put it mildly, it was the best. Yuri-san with the curly hair was not only considerate of safety and had interesting conversations, but also taught me various things such as how sacred the limestone cave is, the history and origins of the island, and what should be passed on to future generations. Of course, I was also very satisfied with the activity itself, which was full of adventure.

Aika-san, Rei-san, This was my first time experiencing this activity, but the instructor was very kind, and I had a very enjoyable time. I would definitely like to do it again if I have the opportunity.

ADVENTURE PiPi's significant oversight led to our inability to participate in the activity, resulting in additional financial and time losses. Below are the details of the incident and our demands: I. Incident Details and Evidence (March 26): * Incorrect Guidance: The confirmation email sent by the supplier on March 25 at 3:46 PM provided an incorrect meeting point and an invalid map link (.../0). The email explicitly stated, "The location in this email shall prevail," which severely misled consumers. * Our Timely Arrival: Today (March 26), we took a taxi to the location specified in the email (Bora-591-1). According to the taxi receipt (see attachment), we arrived at 12:22 PM (earlier than the required 12:30 PM meeting time), but there were no organizers or vehicles present at the site. * Activity Canceled: After contacting the supplier, it was confirmed that the location was incorrect, and the activity could not proceed in time. The supplier has now arranged for a vehicle to take us back to the hotel. II. Compensation Demands: Based on the supplier's administrative negligence, we request the following: * Full Refund: We demand a full refund for all costs associated with this booking. * Transportation Reimbursement: We demand compensation for the 3,000 JPY taxi fare incurred due to the incorrect guidance (receipt attached). This cost would not have occurred if the location had been correct. * Compensation for Time Loss: This error wasted a valuable full day of our vacation in Miyakojima, causing significant psychological distress and disrupting our itinerary. We request that Klook provide additional points or compensation for this extremely poor experience. III. Complaint Regarding Supplier's Professional Conduct (March 24): Furthermore, we must report the inappropriate behavior of a female guide from the supplier (PiPi) during the night tour on March 24. She attempted to forcibly pull a coconut crab off a tree branch, which severely violates ecological conservation principles and professional guide ethics. This indicates significant deficiencies in the supplier, from administrative management to frontline professional knowledge. We are extremely disappointed with this experience.
