Performance Guidelines

• Audience entry begins 30 minutes before the performance starts.
• Late entry may be restricted, and you may be directed to designated late-seating instead of your original seat. Refunds are not available for delayed entry.
• Due to the nature of stage performances, intermissions or delays may occur due to technical issues.
• Photography and video recording are not allowed during the performance, except during the curtain call.
• For safety reasons, photography on the stage is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy
