Review for: Tbilisi Sighnaghi Full-Day Tour with 7 Wine Tastings

It was an enjoyable trip thanks not only to the excellent wine but also to Ika’s informative and engaging explanations about the history of the region. If you’re visiting Sighnaghi, I highly recommend spending your free time on a cart tour. It costs just 20 GEL and is a comfortable way to explore the town. The wine tasting was excellent, and we also enjoyed buying and trying a few snacks and pastries from the stops at the local snack shop and bakery along the way. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

This is probably the best day trip i had experienced compared with others in georgia. Tour guide was the most friendly, funny and resourceful. Coinicidentally too, the groups in this trip have positive vibes and I had the chance to mingle with each during the trip. Exception for me would that the bus ride wasnt that comfortable as i was the last to arrived and only last seats left at the back in between 2 guys and one have big bulit. Thankfully the bus driver drives really well and the music volume was just nice. English and japanese pop music was played hence it felt more familiar. The itinerary was accommodating that we get to have lunch during normal lunch hours and we get to taste wines, cheese, honey, sauces and witness the making of Churchkhela and shorti bread. Also, not forgetting about the beautiful sighnaghi. I would recommend this full day tour for anyone who wants to chill without the need to feel rushed with the itinerary or sit inside the bus for too long time.

Loved the trip to Sighnaghi. Lots of wine and Chacha tasting. Our tour guide Dimitri was fantastic, a great sense of humour and have the ability to bring the tour group together which made it very enjoyable! Dimitri provides great explanations for the places we visited as well as happy to assist with questions about Georgia. Our driver Pato is another MVP, great driving, good to speak to during the long trip and has nice music tatse which made the trip more fun! Time spent in different places were sufficient. Would recommend booking this trip to tourists.

Review for: Tbilisi: Kakheti, Signaghi, & Bodbe with Wine Tasting

I had a great tour with our guide Mariam. This was my 2nd tour with her and she nailed this one as well. She provided a lot of info throughout the tour and answered all our queries. We got to make Churchkhela after a quick demo by her. The wine tasting was at two places. We got to taste local spices & honey at the 1s shop. Then we had a short stop at a local bakery & tried bread (2 GEL) & cheese. Post St. Nino Cathedral we did another short stop at Sighnaghi City view point. We had a 30 mins walking tour in Sighnaghi where we visited the memorial for Geogrian sodienrs who died in WWII. The lunch was at a nice restaurant with a great view. The food was nice and they accepted card. Post lunch we did a short walk on the Sighnagi wall. The tour is well planned and you get enough time at each spot. The tour ended at Sighnaghi wall. It's 1.5 hrs drive back to Tiblisi. I would recommend to do this tour before Kazbegi tour as that one is more scenic.

Luckily, the weather was good, so it was the best for a day trip, and the guide Nicholas's explanation of the history of the tourist spots while moving was very kind and detailed. It was crowded because it was the weekend, so I think I missed the viewpoints I expected. The Georgian Chronicles, the Churchel experience, and the Bobbe Monastery were great. I wish I had explored Sighnaghi Village a little more. However, the day trip to Kakheti was an unforgettable and good memory.
