STEP 4. Driver & Vehicle Information Receive information about your driver and vehicle a day before the tour.

- Please note that during rush hours, weekends, or public holidays, traffic congestion may increase travel time, which could result in not being able to visit all scheduled tour destinations or shorten the sightseeing time.
- Please note that the driver can not guarantee go to all the listed destinations within the designated time due to road traffic conditions and time that you spending at each stops.
- Partial refund are not possible even if the tour finished earlier than expected time by customer's request.
- Overtime will be charged more than 15mins or add hour available with fees.
- Please note that surcharges may apply during the Korean New Year (Seollal), Chuseok and public holidays.
