What to expect
Terezin, originally constructed as a military stronghold in the 18th century under Emperor Josef II, is indelibly linked to World War II. The more renowned section, Terezin (Big Fortress), served as a gathering point for Jews from across Europe and was cynically exploited for Nazi propaganda during the Red Cross visit in 1944. Meanwhile, the lesser-known Small Fortress functioned as a brutal prison under the Reich's secret police, the Gestapo. For those intrigued by World War II and Holocaust history, a journey to both the Small Fortress of Terezin and the museum within the Big Fortress offers profound insights into this tragic chapter of human history

Reviews
A half day tour, it consists of three parts - the concentration camp, a museum and a cemetery. In the camp, you will join an hour guided tour. And the time allowed for the small museum is 30 mins.
good convenient excellent i like it very much
Highly recommended. Our tour guide, Ms Sophia was very funny, friendly and knowledgeable. She made the tour very interesting and enjoyable. Our bus driver was great too.
This concentration camp is lesser-known, and the explanations and stories within are lacking, making it harder to understand compared to other camps I've visited. Although a guided tour was arranged, the English accent was a bit heavy, making it difficult to comprehend. It might be better to research the background information beforehand to get a better sense of the place. In addition to the concentration camp, you also get to visit the museum and other related sections.
Depart from the old town and drive to Terezín for about an hour. The main attraction is the memorial hall of the small fortress and the big fortress town. The historical events of the past are very impressive. Recommended
guide was excellent. It was a really meaningful experience. definitely worth seeing.
It was a good trip with great explanation throughout the tour. worth visiting!
The itinerary itself wasn't a big problem, and the use of tour buses allowed for reasonable walking for tourists. While the male tour guide was willing to answer questions, he tended to just stand/sit to the side after arranging logistics. It would be better if he could lead the group throughout and introduce the attractions/related information. The local male guide at the concentration camp had a bit of an English accent, which wasn't a major issue, but he didn't seem to take our group members to every place with something special to see (other groups seemed to stop more and listen to explanations). Disappointing, we at least set foot in the scenic area, but after participating in the tour, we didn't even learn the brief history of the area. I found more information online than I learned from the tour.
Nice experience. Tour guide is very nice. Time Management is good
the overall experience was good. the tour ran smoothly and the timing was good.
