best decision ever. conveniently right behind the play area, emart & restaurant was right infront! had bbq for dinner & the vibes was immaculate😚room was really clean & spacious for 3! dryer, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, toothpaste were all provided as well👍🏻

value for money and hassle,they have free pick up and drop off at Gapyeong Station. Staff and customer service are reliable and friendly too. I will recommend it to my friends and family.

best people, best service, best experience. everyone was so welcoming & friendly. went on all the rides as we went on a weekday, significantly lesser people. the staffs were really helpful & even offered us service drinks~~ highly recommended!

great fun.There were some memeber of staff who spoke English so don’t need to worry about language barrier.Very helpful and kind I lost my glasses and one of the staff member tried really hard to find them as it was difficult to locate them in water but still managed to find them.Also have free drop off to Gapyeong Station.Only thing that was a it of a hardship was the pick up from the station I accidentally got on the wrong pick up which took me to another water park place but still found my way thankfully

Me and my friends had a really great and fun experience in this resort. The staffs are approachable and accomodating. The service is very good. The water activities are so much fun and safe at the same time. The resort is accessible. It is near from the train station, they have a free service pick up, the emart is just nearby, and the accomodation is also good and comfortable. Going in this resort to spend our summer vacation was the best decision we made 😍😍I will rate it 5/5 ❤️.. We are planning to come back again 🥰🥰🥰

the park structure was broken, so we waited for the free shuttle which didn’t come so we had to take taxis. We didn’t have a notice by the park beforehand or at the pickup place. when we arrived, the owner explained the broken structure and told us we should go somewhere else and that Klook will refund the tickets. Klook should have notifications about the activities less than 48hours before the trip, it should be handled live in my opinion. We are booking activities and services that we pay in advance, we should expect a good service and informations live about this service. you should also have a cancelling for emergencies or wrongful situations. Because right know I need to prove that I need a refund when the owner himself said he would contact Klook. If the activities aren’t complete, Klook should on it’s side cancel, notify and refund automatically and not let the customer handle all this matter.

Amazing service!! Me and my partner had a wonderful time here. Its near to gapyeong station and the service is amazing. They treated us well and stayed true to the unlimited rides.

I had so much fun doing the water activities! A must do in Gapyeong during summer. The free pick up and drop off from Gapyeong station is also included.
