Worth to visit. You will be under about 2.5 hours. This is not for those people who has difficulties to walk. First there is 800 steps to go down.
Both the driver and the tour guide were very friendly.
We signed up for an 8:15 salt mine tour. I failed to check my email which told me that the pick up time was 7:05?!? I cannot understand why a trip which includes pick up would be advertised as the time the tour begins at the mine? I lost my trip and $172.00. Klook did what they could for me but the comany running the tour says you have to read the fine print. My belief is that the company should not begin pick ups until the printed time. I can be there at the appropriate time, and wait for them. but over an hour early? The company would not allow us to join a later tour without paying again. It really dampened my vacation. No one tells you to download What’s App for communication. Different tours are run by different companies, and information is not always clear. Krakow Direct was the company and they need to do a better job of communicating with people, and should care about the people who keep them in business enough to be more flexible in their policies. Thumbs down on this for me.
