Reservation Guide

• A terminal fee of 1,500 won is charged when boarding a large passenger ship in Dokdo (one way, for adults), and the amount is included in the ticket price you purchase.

Notes

• Please arrive at the ticket office 1 hour before departure to complete the boarding procedure and board 10 minutes before departure.
• If the boarding procedure is not completed, boarding may be denied, and all boarding procedures such as ticket issuance, boarding, and closing times may vary depending on the shipping company, so please be sure to check with the shipping company.
• The passenger ship operating time may change in advance depending on the shipping company's circumstances and weather conditions, and the shipping company will contact you if there is a change. For more detailed information about the boarding time of the ship you are using, please contact the shipping company.
• If the ship is canceled due to a natural disaster such as bad weather and the schedule is extended, the departure order will be based on the arrival order, and the individual is responsible for the extended accommodation fee during the stay.

Guide to boarding with pets

• Only dogs or cats are allowed on board, and each passenger is limited to 1 pet.
• When bringing a pet, please make sure to put it in a hard cage.
• Pets are not allowed in cabins or other public spaces on board other than designated spaces.
• Please be aware that if you enter the ship without following the pet boarding regulations, the guardian may be held responsible.

Redemption information

• Please present a valid ID along with the printed or mobile voucher at the ticket booth and exchange it for a physical ticket.
