I booked a car in Langkawi through Klook and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire process was seamless — from booking online to picking up the car at the airport. Having our own car made it incredibly convenient to visit popular spots like SkyBridge, Eagle Square, and hidden beaches without worrying about transport or timings. Azri is very attentive and patient driver. I realised the radio in the car changed to mandarin channel and he keep my mom accompany when I was queuing for cable car tickets.

it was a bad experience as our driver cant speak English and clearly, we cant speak malay. she tried to end work after 6+hrs by informing that its not in time to visit other attractions, so we got her to drop us off at a cafe near our hotel. we also waited for her to fetch us for nearly half an hr, after we ended the mangrove tour. she was on the phone often, while driving. I would have spent less than half the the cost on grab. we only covered 3 attractions in the end - kilim, oriental village and a 5 min stop over at the black sand beach. She also made us really uncomfortable by taking our photos twice towards the end, stating that she needs to give it to her company? why? we cant enquire cos we cant converse in malay :(
