- Guests under 120cm are not allowed to enter.
- Guests between 120cm–150cm and over 100kg may be restricted from certain attractions.
- Those over 150cm can access exhibition areas, but guests over 100kg may still face some restrictions.
- Elderly guests, pregnant women, and those under the influence of alcohol may be restricted from using the facilities.
- Guests with physical or mental health issues must consult with a Smob Friend (staff) before use.
- Only safety-certified equipment is used. Please follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided at each facility.
- Proper attire (pants, socks, and sneakers) is required. Use may be restricted if not worn. Items are available for purchase at the box office.
- No outside food, drinks, or pets are allowed.
- Ticket allows a maximum usage time of 2 hours; entry closes 2 hours before park closing.
- Additional fee: ₩2,000 per 10 minutes if time is exceeded.
- Operating hours may change depending on park conditions.

- This ticket is valid only at the Smob Anseong branch (not valid at Hanam, Goyang, Daejeon, or Suwon).
