The tour guide and the captain did not inform us and made us wait stupidly. We booked a private speedboat to Orange Bay, expecting to enjoy four hours on the beach. However, the crew unexpectedly informed us they were taking us to a different island instead. When we refused, they told us we wouldn't have a ride back if we didn’t comply. After returning to the boat, they ended up taking us home, meaning we never got what we paid for. We absolutely do not recommend this service to anyone.We expect to receive some form of refund, as we did not get the experience what we paid for. According to the booking, we were supposed to have four hours on the island, excluding the travel time to and from the hotel.
