• Please note that the depart time may change if it is impossible to depart at the original time due to special reasons such as weather, wind, and military. If the sailing is canceled, we will give you a full refund.
• It departs normally even on rainy days. Refunds are not available for this reason.
• Schedule may changes depending on the season.
• Alcohol, food, and pets are prohibited.
• Under 36 months can board for free. (passport/identification required)
• The boarding deadline is 10 minutes before the departure time. Please arrive 30 minutes early, get your boarding pass at the ticket office, and fill out the boarding report.
• You must have a passport/identification card.
• The minimum number of people is 30, and sailing will be canceled if less than 30 people gathered per hour. Cancellation checking is only available on site, and please contact our CS team if you want a refund! (Please refer that 14:00 is 99% available!)
• You can watch the Yeongdo Bridge Lift only at 14:00 of Saturday, and if the temperature is below 1 or above 30, it may be difficult to watch.
