Enchanted Wonders Lunch Buffet /Dinner Buffet (From 17 November 2025 to 1 January 2026 )
Welcome to Café Kool, where you can indulge in a lavish buffet with family and friends, savouring a delightful array of international specialties. We offer a selection of fresh seasonal cold seafood, paired with flavourful grilled meats, aromatic Asian hot dishes, and exquisite desserts. These dishes will be served in rotation during lunch and dinner buffet times.
Café Kool is excited to introduce the new "Enchanted Wonders” Christmas themed dinner buffet, taking you on an extraordinary culinary journey! Over 200 exquisite dishes will be served at different times.
Highlights of the Lunch Buffet:
- Roasted US sirloin (available Monday to Friday only)
- Herb-crusted black angus ribeye (available Saturday, Sunday & PH only)
- Whole slow-roasted turkey
- Fresh lobster spaghetti with semi-dried tomato
- Superior chicken broth with fish maw and seafood
- Lobster pasta, grilled peppers & zucchini
Highlights of the Dinner Buffet:
- Boston lobster (available on December 24, 25, and 31 only)
- Beef wellington (available on December 24, 25, and 31 only)
- Whole tuna craving (available on December 24, 25, and 31 only)
- Crispy suckling pig (available on December 24, 25, and 31 only)
- Whole roasted turkey
- Roasted bone-in Ribeye
- Yakiniku
- Garlic steamed lobster with vermicelli

A wide range of festive sweets such as gingerbread cream brulee, chocolate coffee yule log, and red velvet cupcakes provide a delightful dining experience, overflowing with holiday spirit. *All dishes will be served in rotation during designated lunch and dinner buffet times.
Golden Era Feast Lunch Buffet/Dinner Buffet (From 2 January to 31 January)
Welcome to Café Kool, where you can indulge in a lavish buffet with family and friends, savouring a delightful array of international specialties. We offer a selection of fresh seasonal cold seafood, paired with flavourful grilled meats, aromatic Asian hot dishes, and exquisite desserts. These dishes will be served in rotation during lunch and dinner buffet times. Golden Era Feast is back with a strong return! Guests can enjoy classic, freshly hand-sliced beef hotpot, crispy grass carp, and grouper, enjoying a variety of comforting hotpot dishes perfect for winter. Over 200 exquisite dishes will be served at dinner buffet.

- Wagyu beef rice in clay pot
- Coconut and chicken clay pot
- Poached fish fillet with Sichuan pepper and pickle cabbage
- Superior broth with fish maw and seafood dumplings
- Pasta a la minute with sea urchin miso foam
- Wagyu top pump (available on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays only)
- Herbs crust lamb leg
Highlights of the Dinner Buffet:
- Wagyu beef sukiyaki with raw egg
- Beef hot pot with coconut soup or satay broth
- Poached beef fillet with Sichuan pepper and pickled cabbage
- Steamed lobster with glass noodle and garlic
- Thai style BBQ barramundi
- Foie gras crème brulee
- Beef O.P Ribs
- Grill Lamb Chop
Don't miss the array of exquisite desserts, including the classic Tiramisu, Pistachio Raspberry Cake, and Lemon Caramel Crème Brûlée, satisfying a feast for both the eyes and the palate, embarking on an extraordinary culinary journey.

Senior Discount: Seniors aged 60 and above can enjoy a 35% discount (must be two guests or above, and a service charge will apply at the original price). Guests are required to present a senior card or identification to avail of the discount.
Serving time: Lunch Buffet : 12 pm to 2:30 pm (25 December: 1st round 12 pm to 2:30 pm; 2nd round 3 pm to 5 pm) Dinner Buffet : 6 pm to 9:30 pm (24-25 & 31 December: 1st round 5:30 pm to 8 pm; 2nd round 8:30 pm to 11 pm)
