We had a good visit to Otaru. Driver was very nice. Again no english but we managed fine with google translate. Museum was good. Liked the old trains. Canal was interesting. we stopped for lunch at Otaru Brewey then went to Sake Brewery and tried them all. Walked down Sakaimachi st and then headed back to hotel. We didn’t bother with cable car as we ski often or music box museum which didn’t interest us. Overall a good experience on this tour. ***Tips for everyone. plan out your own day and give it to driver.

the tour was convenient. you ride in an Alphard which is very comfortable. driver was courteous and on time. Just be aware of your return trip since it's snowing hard and if you're far from your hotel. each hour of overtime costs JPY5,000

Since we have an elder with us, private tour was our choice. we were very happy with the tour. our tour guide can communicate in english which made it easier. he was polite, and helpful with suggestion since we didn't know where to start. the car was clean and the ride was comfortable.

The driver was very supportive and flexible. He explained us things to do on the destination. Unfortunately we experienced bad weather, so one destination could not be reached, but the driver offered us another interesting destination. Many thanks.

I’ll definitely recommend this if you have a family and getting around from point A to B with some sightseeing. although it’s pricey but worth every dollar

Our driver was not really helpful with suggestions of where to go. suggest potential bookers to route out where you want to go before hopping in the car.
