Easy to meet guide as per instructed. Guide was knowledgeable. Fully immersed into the story behind the Doge Palace - Bridge of Sighs and St Mark's Basilica. Guide provided enough time to be mesmerized by what is inside. Freedom to take pictures while listening in and considerate to give ample rests in between.
We showed up for the tour 30 minutes early. We found the people checking us in and we were not on their list. For the next 30 minutes, they tried hard to solve the problem and were unsuccessful. The tour started without us. Klook did refund my money, but I would have liked to see the inside of these places. The outside is spectacular.

The explanations of Venice and the introduction of cultural relics are very detailed. The descriptions of the Doge's Palace and Mark's Basilica are very good and enjoyable.
ZERO, thousands spent on a vacation, only to find out our booking through Klook.com did not workout. Tour guide did not know who we were nor could they find us on the list. Tour not provided and vacation to Venice Italy a total bust. Online klook customer service slow +1hr no resolution, waited 24hrs as requested by klook to resolve refund and no resolution. seeking other legal avenues to resolve, by definition SCAM, DO NOT USE KLOOK.COM
I had a reservation for 10:00 AM and arrived before the scheduled time, but upon arriving at the location, I was informed that due to a mistake by Klook, my reservation had not been made. The local staff also mentioned that tickets for St. Mark's Basilica were sold out for the day, so I couldn't join the tour. When I contacted Klook, they said they would arrange another tour time as soon as possible but gave me a ridiculous response that they would contact me within 24 hours. When I asked if I should cancel, they asked if I would be refunded in this case, but they avoided answering the question. After asking repeatedly, I finally received an answer that they couldn't guarantee a refund. In the end, I was refunded later, but it was ridiculous.
the guide was great, I gave 3 stars because what your actually there to see isn’t massively impressive.
poor instructions on meeting point location. the description does not match as the map provided which caused us missed the tour.
we arrived early and waited and there were no groups that were with Klook. waste of money
