Already registered and paid early morning for hiking at bohey dulang and suddenly when I'm arrived there, my name & ticket is not included. At the end needed to wait 1-1.5 hour for the agents to settle it. Luckily I'm able to hike that day. Need to double check and make sure all the details of the trip next time.

If I didn't have to give stars to review, I wouldn't even want to give it a star! The store that cooperates with this trip is Yongsheng Dive Shop. First of all, the scheduled check-in time is to gather at 8:30 in the morning. After we arrived on time, the store charged us a mountain guide fee of 70RM per person, and then asked us to stand aside and wait. We waited until 10 o'clock to set off. Less than 10 minutes after departure, there was something wrong with the boat. We were asked to change to another boat. When we arrived at the first stop, Tun Sakaran Marine Park, it was already close to 11:30. The tour guide directly said that we could not climb the mountain today. (The reason was not specifically stated), and the itinerary also stated that if we were unable to climb the mountain that day, we would instead snorkel near the pier, and then the tour guide would take us directly to the next island for lunch without saying anything? ? ? Neither mountain climbing nor snorkeling? ? ? Then the whole morning delaying time is clearly just to deceive consumers! Then the boat broke down again in the afternoon and floated on the sea for almost 20 minutes. Finally, it was dragged ashore by tying ropes from other boats. After the trip, I returned to the dive shop and asked if I could refund the mountain guide fee that the shop had charged us in the morning. The store directly refused and asked us to contact Klook customer service ourselves, saying that they were just cooperating with the store and could not refund the money. The whole logic was very strange. This Semporna trip was completely defeated by this package itinerary. It was terrible! Loves to steal time and deceive consumers. The waiting time was very long. The itinerary said it was 8:00, but the actual check-in turned out to be 8:45, and the departure was already after 9:30. The two snorkeling spots were poor.
