cafe TOO proudly presents a selection of iconic Tai O delicacies. Embark on a gastronomic journey that captures the spirit of Tai O, featuring specialties prepared with authentic local ingredients such as Tai O-style Clay Pot Rice with Crab and Dried Fish, Steamed Sea Bass with Hakka Rice Wine, Stir-fried Mantis Shrimp with Salt and Pepper, Golden Sand Puffs, and more.

Auspicious Chinese New Year Lunch Buffet (16-22 Feb 2026)
Celebrate the Chinese New Year at cafe TOO! Guests can craft their own Lo Hei, savour Double-Boiled Traditional Buddha Jumps over the wall or Suckling Pig with Glutinous Rice, and indulge in live-cooked Steamed Sea bass Fillet with Cured Ham and Mushroom. The buffet also features a Chinese barbecue station with Barbecued Goose, Marinated Pigeon, a noodle station, and a Japanese sashimi counter. The Dessert station includes Sweet Red Bean Soup with Dumplings and a plethora of sweet offerings. Each guest is entitled to a serving of Sweet Bird’s Nest Soup with Crystal Sugar Dumplings (Lunch exclusive).
