• The Sapporo TV Tower ticket is valid for 3 days, including one day before and one day after the bus tour date. Example: If you join the bus tour on March 15, the ticket is valid from March 14 to March 16.
• Please present your electronic voucher at the Observation Deck reception on the 3rd floor of Sapporo TV Tower.
• Meals are not included. Please purchase lunch at Asahiyama Zoo at your own expense.
• Eating (including snacks) and drinking on the bus is not permitted.
• Please also avoid loud conversations while on the bus.
• This tour is operated by Hokkaido Chuo Bus.
• The length of stay at each stop may change depending on traffic conditions and the number of participants.
• Arrival times may also be delayed, so please allow sufficient time for onward travel after the tour.
• The tour may be canceled due to natural disasters or traffic restrictions.
• Please check the route from your hotel to the meeting point in advance.
• The bus departs on time, so please make sure to arrive before the meeting time.
• Temperatures at Asahiyama Zoo can vary greatly, so please check the weather forecast before your visit.
• We recommend wearing comfortable outdoor clothing and layered outfits to adjust to changing weather and temperatures.
• Please take your trash with you when leaving the bus.

• You'll get confirmation 72 hours before the departure date. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund rules: Please note that we cannot provide refunds even if you do not use your Sapporo TV Tower ticket.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 0 minutes or more

Redemption information

• There is no guide or staff waiting at the bus stop. Please go directly to the bus counter first to exchange your voucher for a ticket.Then wait at the bus stop(shown in the picture) .
