The tour was on time both departure and coming back from the city. I guess for the meetup instructions, better if the tour group name was mentioned rather than color of the staff which did not meet (foulard vs vest).

The meeting point is 7km from Florence Station. It was vaguely mentioned that I would travel by t1 tram, so I mistakenly went to a place in the center of Florence called Villa Constanza. I tried calling the linked number, but it didn't work and I ended up losing the entire amount due to a no-show. Since there is no detailed explanation of the meeting location, tourists are bound to make mistakes. Should there have been a preliminary inspection of the removal? If I had clearly indicated the meeting location with the address in the first place, I wouldn't have even made a reservation. I don't like it. I almost missed it that day, but I found a bus on Google and went to Sienna. Public transportation is recommended.
