The meeting point is whwrw you need to exchange the voucher with the gondola tickets. There you will need to wait for the local guide to bring you to the pier where they will assign the gondola to you.
I loved the experience and it’s worth the ride but the only issue was the location wasn’t clear I think it would be better if they text or put the location in the right way starting point is very confusing
this was such an amazing trip. had so much fun! would definitely book with klook again next time cuz it was a smooth & easy process!
The ticket office where you exchange your voucher for a ticket is located at the water taxi ticket booth (boarding area), which was initially confusing. After exchanging, if you wait nearby, a guide will come out at the reserved time, call out "Gondola!" and get everyone's attention. Without any special instructions, people board in groups of 4-5, so it seems best to have an even number of people if possible for seating arrangements. The experience itself is a matter of personal preference. It doesn't go long distances but rather navigates through narrow canals. Recommended for those who prefer a quiet experience.
The meeting place wasn’t very obvious but there were a lot of other your agencies hence making it easy to spot. Overall it was a pleasant experience! Ride was decently priced compared to other rides i found in Venice and online
Joined in as solo traveler, it was awkward to be seated with another gentleman at the end of boat who was with his friend. There was another couple so it would be nice if we knew what was going on to arrange seating before boarding. Ride was smooth and safe.
The meeting point and the boat boarding point are very close. It's really great to take a gondola through the alleys of Venice. The scenery on the water is beautiful. I was lucky enough to hear people singing on other boats.
The voucher stated the 5:15 PM option, but upon arriving on time, there were no staff members to be found, and no one to ask. After repeatedly studying the notes on the booking document, I found that the start time for the summer of 2024 on Tuesdays and Saturdays would be at 6:30 PM. So, I finally found the staff member in charge of the meeting point at 6:30 PM, and successfully completed the trip. The scenery was beautiful, and the boat ride was about 30 minutes as stated in the booking.
Meet up point is right next to the square, so very easy to find out. Just around the corner and we could pop on the Gondola. While there was no singing, the experience was nice.
We rushed to the ferry terminal just before departure and managed to buy the Klook tickets in time. Luckily, we made it! It was 90 euros for two people at the site, but buying through Klook was cheaper than at the counter. It's definitely worth purchasing and experiencing; it's truly a once-in-a-lifetime ride.
